A case feed provides a clear, centralized location to find existing case information and monitor updates as they happen, helping users stay on top of changes and make the best decisions for the business.
What are the steps to use the feature?
- Open the case
- Find the Feed on the right side of the page.
- To add a note to a case, enter the information they would like to add in the Add Case Note field. Additionally, they can alert other team members to their note by clicking on @ to notify Team Members or by simply typing the @ symbol and selecting the appropriate team member’s name.
Note: Click Filter underneath the Add Case Note field to view case information by categories, such as Notes, SMS Texts, Case Tracking Updates, Emails, and Owner Changes.
