For setting the Tracking follow-up date, you can add this by going to an individual lien or doing it in bulk in Portfolio Tab.
- For individual cases, go to the case details tab. Then click the green pencil icon.

- Click the tracking follow up drop down and choose the next follow up date.
The tracking follow up date doesn’t trigger any notifications. This is primarily used to help a user filter which cases needed follow up on certain dates or date ranges.
TO SET TRACKING FOLLOW UP DATE IN BULK (AND VIEW YOUR DAILY CASES IN PORTFOLIO TO WORK)
- Go to the Portfolio tab and select the cases you want to update by clicking the tick box at the left of the last names. A set of options will appear at the top of the table (blue box)
- To change the follow up dates for the selected cases, click on the Change Follow-up and select a follow up date and Save. This will update the tracking follow up dates for the selected cases.
