The software allows users to reach out to plaintiffs over email with customized messages. Communication is key when tracking cases and keeping up-to-date with any new case information.
What are the steps to use this feature?
- Navigate to the case
-
On the right side of the screen, find the Feed. The Email function is found here.
-
To send an email, click the Email tab. Enter the recipient’s email and a subject line for the message. From here, users can attach documents or files to the email by dragging and dropping files from the desktop computer into the attachments section. Please take note of the maximum size of 10MB per email. Once the message is reviewed and is good to be sent, click Send.
-
- Email templates can be saved so that users can send them without having to type them on the textbox over and over. If an organization wants to use this feature, template/s can be sent to support@justicebolt.com so that the Data Team can save them on the software.
Please note that not all file types are not accepted as an attachment by the email function. Here are the forbidden file types: vbs, exe, bin, bat, chm, com, cpl, crt, hlp, hta, inf, ins, isp, jse, lnk, mdb, pcd, pif, reg, scr, sct, shs, vbe, vba, wsf, wsh, wsl, msc, msi, msp, mst.
