Reports allow users to track performance, analyze marketing strategy, and prioritize the firm’s most important data to drive business, saving time and money. This is available by default to users with Executive or Accountant roles. Access for other users within the funder organization requires a request or approval from an Executive or Admin user.
🚦 Navigation & Setup
Clicking into the Reports tab opens a customizable dashboard. Reports can be configured, saved, and exported based on specific needs.
🛠️ Getting the Most from the Functionalities
On the left side of the page, filters help refine the report view.
Some of the filters available are:
-
Date range
-
Law firm
-
Attorney
-
State of incident
At the top of the filters, use the “View By:” dropdown to toggle between Cases and Liens. This determine the level of reporting to be generated.
⚠️ If both Plaintiff Funding and Medical Funding are enabled for the account, there will be four options available to switch between them.
💡 Key Functionalities
📁 Saved Reports
Custom report setups can be saved and reused anytime. Handy when the same filters and columns are needed regularly—like for weekly reviews, financial exports, or internal check-ins.
Saving reports also helps keep things consistent across team members. Instead of re-selecting filters or asking how someone else pulled a report, users can just open the same saved view.
- Click “Saved Reports” (first button, top right)
- Select “Save New Report” to name and store the setup
- Click Save and refresh your browser
⚙️ Configure Report Columns
Use the “Configure” button (second button, top right) to choose only the data that’s relevant. Whether a user wants a high-level view or something more detailed, the column setup can flex to fit.
📤 Export Reports
Click “Export” (third button, top right) to download a CSV version of the current view. This is helpful when data needs to be sent outside the platform, stored for record-keeping, or pulled into another workflow for further analysis.
⚠️ On smaller screens, the Configure and Export options may appear under a “More” dropdown menu.
⏱️ Ensuring Data Accuracy
- It is recommended to allow a period of 15–30 minutes following case updates before attempting to customize or generate a report.
- For daily or time-sensitive reporting, pull reports before the end of the shift or at the start of the shift to ensure all data is captured.
