Finding and Adding Information to Law Firms, Providers, and Contacts

The portal has a dedicated section for contacts. Find them by entering their name on the Search box or by using the Contacts tab. Finding contacts quickly saves time by allowing users to bring up information as soon as they need it.

What are the steps to use this feature?

1. Navigate to the Search Bar on Justice Bolt, located at the top right of your screen.
2. From here, search for any plaintiff, attorney, or law firm already entered in the system.

1. For plaintiffs, click on their names to open their case pages.
2. For attorneys and law firms, click on their names to open their contact cards.

or

1. Under the Contacts tab, click on Law Firms to find a directory of existing law firms in the system, and Attorneys to view all attorneys and points of contact.
   
   

Note: For medical funders and providers, additional contact directories are available for medical facilities and providers.
