Users can store tons of information on Justice Bolt, so it can be a bit overwhelming if they’re unsure of what they’re looking for. Also, depending on user permissions, each may have different pages and actions available. By default, this is how it will look like for most users unless user permissions are changed.
Applications
The default landing page is the Open Applications section, which is under the Applications tab. Here, users will get an overview of open applications. There are also filters on the left-hand side to filter based on status, treatment scheduled, case owners, etc.
Case Tracking/Portfolio
The Portfolio tab gives an overview of cases an organization is working on. This will include case information such as tracking contact, law firm, attorney names, and case updates among others. Users can also utilize the filters on the left side to zoom in on cases.
Reports
The Reports tab allows users to generate reports and export them as CSV files. Filters are available to customize reports. Users can also click on the Configure button to edit the column headers in the report.
Analytics
Analytics access is only available to admin and Executive users. Analytics houses different types of analysis based on the information saved on the portal and gives you an overview of the business.
Contacts
The Contacts tab is where all law firms, case managers, and attorneys' information is stored. Users can also find here how many cases a law firm or an attorney has. It's organized by law firms or attorneys.
