The Funder Software can be integrated with Justice Bolt's Law Firm Portal. This way, you can share with the law firms directly lien information such as balances and documents, without having to send these details via a separate email, fax, or call them.
Contact your Account Manager if you think the portal is not integrated with your software.
How to use the integration?
- Go to the case you want to share with the law firm user.

Ensure that your case is filled out with the essential information in order for your case to be shared successfully. You can check these under the Contacts tab of the case. These are:
- Law Firm Office
- Law Firm Contacts (There should be an email address as this is where the notification will be sent to them that you have shared a case)
- Important to note that even if you check the Share checkbox, the case will not be shared if both information enumerated above are not available on the case.

Under the Case Tracking section, check the SHARE THIS CASE WITH THE ASSOCIATED LAW FIRM checkbox.

Cases are shared within 15-30 minutes from the time you shared them. Otherwise, clicking the Law Firm Portal tab will let you know what's causing the delay or why the case is ineligible for sharing. This is a sample of an error in why the case isn't shared:

The Law Firm Portal tab will show you what the law firm user will see once they log in on the Law Firm Portal and check the case you shared. You can directly upload the documents here or you can share them from the Documents tab, by clicking the Share link.
