The software has the capability to merge duplicate entries within the organization. Our deduplication tool scans customer data each night to identify potential duplicates and ready them through the deduplication tool for you to double-check and merge.

To access the Deduplication tool, log in to the Justice Bolt account and click on the gear icon at the top right of the page where the settings will be displayed.

- Choose Data Admin and go to Deduplication
- Choose the option that will be worked on and click on it.

Choose the Canonical entry by ticking the circle beside it, then tick the checkbox of the case the user wants to merge it into. Afterward, click on Merge 2.
