Understanding Medical Funders' Lien Details

If a funding application is approved, users have the ability to review and edit information about the lien on the case’s page in Justice Bolt. Keeping track of funding details in a case’s Liens tab on Justice Bolt helps organize, streamline, and template the information needed to make and track decisions about existing liens.

What are the steps to use it?

1. Open the case to see the lien information.
2. Click the Liens tab and see all the open (and closed, if there are any) liens for the plaintiff.
   
   
3. Click the View link with a double arrow under the Open Liens to see a detailed tab about the lien.
   
   
4. Users can add Medical Facility (hospitals, clinics, etc.), Medical Provider (doctors, specialists, etc.), Medical Facility Contact, Lien Documents, and other lien information to the specific lien through this window.
